A 45-minute Case Review to establish whether I’m confident I can help you, and whether you feel I’m the right person to work with.

BOOK YOUR CASE REVIEWBefore you commit to my 8-week low back pain coaching program, built around an in-depth McGill Method assessment and personalised rehabilitation plan, we start with a 45-minute online Case Review.
If you’ve had persistent low back pain or sciatica and you’re not sure what to do next, the Case Review gives us the opportunity to look closely at your situation and decide whether we’re a good fit to work together.
We’ll go through your history, your symptoms, what tends to aggravate or relieve them, what you’ve already tried, what you want to get back to doing, and outline what I think the next steps should be to help you get there.
The Case Review serves two purposes:
1) It allows me to decide whether I believe I can help you and whether I’m comfortable offering my Progress Guarantee for your case.
2) It gives you the opportunity to understand how I approach your problem and decide whether you feel I’m the right person to help you.
At the end of the session, I’ll give you my view on what may have been missing from your previous rehab attempts, what needs further investigation, the most appropriate next steps, and whether my assessment and coaching approach is appropriate for your case.
My current 8-week program includes an in-depth assessment, written report, personalised rehabilitation program and regular check-in sessions. The fees are:
$2,250 USD in two instalments of $1,125 USD
or
$1,990 USD when paid in full
The program also includes my Progress Guarantee. Following your assessment, we agree what meaningful progress should realistically look like for you. If you follow the agreed plan but don’t achieve that progress, I’ll continue coaching you for up to an additional 8 weeks at no extra cost.
Before either of us makes that commitment, we start with a 45-minute Case Review. The Case Review costs $97 USD, and if we both decide to continue into the 1-to-1 program, the full $97 is credited towards your program fee.
There’s no obligation to continue after the Case Review. If I don’t believe I’m the right person to help you at this stage of your rehabilitation, I’ll tell you.

“In the assessment, Andy was meticulous about understanding my history and which movements caused or relieved pain. No other health care provider has taken this kind of time and attention.
Living in a rural area, I wasn’t sure how effective online training would be. Andy’s unique skills make it feel like we’re working in the same room."
The Case Review becomes the first stage of your assessment, so we don’t need to repeat everything you’ve already told me.
Your next session is an approximately 2-hour in-depth assessment focused on identifying the movements, postures and loads that provoke your symptoms. We find ways to reduce aggravation, improve how you move, and establish the starting point for your personalised rehabilitation program. I then coach you through the exercises in your initial program.
We then have a check-in session every two weeks to review your progress, adjust your program, deal with any setbacks and make sure you stay on track towards getting back to the activities that matter to you.
This is for you if you’ve had persistent or recurring low back pain and/or sciatica, particularly if you’ve already tried treatment without making the progress you expected and you’re considering working with me privately.
It’s designed to help us establish whether we’re a good fit to work together before either of us commits to the full rehabilitation program.
Important: This service is not appropriate for urgent neurological or medical symptoms. If you currently have new bladder or bowel dysfunction, saddle numbness, rapidly worsening leg weakness, or another serious new medical concern, please seek urgent medical assessment rather than booking a Case Review.

“After herniating a disc in 2014, I tried many solutions—physios, acupuncture, other specialists—but nothing helped.
I started working with Andy 18 months ago and have now been pain-free for more than a year.
Training with Andy is the best investment I’ve made in my health.”
